If you think your company is ready for onsite, consistent, professional human resources services, but you don’t need someone full-time yet, our Onsite Service is the perfect solution. Based on your company size and needs, our Onsite contracts are tailored to provide as little as a few hours a month up to several days a week to complete the appropriate HR responsibilities. One of our Senior Associates will be assigned to your company, as your HR representative. Because you’ve hired The Hopkins Group as your HR Department, you also receive the benefits of all our Senior Associates. Remember, our Associates all have over twenty years of HR experience in a variety of industries.
