Laura J. Phillips has extensive generalist human resources experience, in addition to information systems, operations, and legal, both in the public and private sectors, that spans more than twenty years.

As a past owner of a Dallas area human resources consulting firm, Laura is well versed in the many demands facing start-ups and small companies seeking to implement effective HR strategies. Laura's expertise includes single and multi-site strategic planning, compensation and staffing plan development, benefits plan design, training program development, mergers and acquisitions, and turn-arounds. Her industry experience includes high-tech, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, real estate, municipal government, and construction.

Laura has been an invited speaker to universities, colleges and various associations all over North America. Having a B.S. in Project Management from California Coast University, Laura is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, a member of the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, and a facilitator of a Dallas human resources group.
